BURBANK, CA (October 28, 2004) - JACK & BOBBY moved into its new Wednesday time period and had a stellar outing for The WB. The critically acclaimed new series scored its best ratings since its September 12 premiere in several key demos, including persons 12-34 (1.8/5) and adults 18-34 (1.6/4) and, despite going up against the deciding game of the World Series, scored new all-time series record ratings in all male demos... including men 18-34 (1.4/4) and men 12-34 (1.5/4).
JACK & BOBBY outperformed the previous Wednesday time-period average for The WB this season in nearly all key demos including persons 12-34 (1.8/5, +29%), women 12-34 (2.1/5, +31%) and adults 18-34 (1.6/4, +14%).
Compared to its previous original outing, JACK & BOBBY really scored. It was up in every key demo including +100% week-to-week in adults 18-34 and +50% in persons 12-34. The growth in the male demos was even more sensational as it was up +133% week-to-week in men 18-34 and +67% in men 12-34.
The WB's new-and-improved Wednesday line-up of SMALLVILLE and JACK & BOBBY was up double digits week-to-week in across nearly all key demos vs. last week and ranked #3 for the night in adults 18-34 (2.3/7), persons 12-34 (2.4/7), men 18-34 (2.4/7) and men 12-34 (2.3/7).
